I USUALLY IGNORE Mercury retrogrades, but this one was beyond madcap. The electric company, doing work on installing new power poles on my street, inadvertently severed my connection to the internet. They then lazily tried to repair the damage by just tying up the copper wires, replacing the connection, and hoping for the best. Which was for shit.

I’ve been inadvertently without internet (meaning it was going off and on and off and on) for about a week. This made working with my clients a nightmare and trying to pull content together for WOODRUFF a pain as well. There was also gone-missing snail mail, garbled connections with my dentist, and other garden-variety Mercurial mishegas. Anyway, I seem to be back after Xfinity was out here to do what the electric company should have done with the wiring after destroying it.

Jenn Zahrt Reveals the Bounds

I was able to record a fascinating conversation with the Bound Report’s high-octane astrologer Dr. Jenn Zahrt, who directs the Celestial Arts Education Library (CAELi), in Olympia, Washington. CAELi is one of the only astrological libraries in the US—which is remarkable. Jenn shared the three books she would take with her to a desert island, as well as the one book she recommends to novice or student astrologers. She also taught me all the secrets of the Zodiacal Bounds, which, I’ve got to say, as a protestant astrologer (I only work with barebone elements in a horoscope), I was spellbound. You will be too! July Full Moon Zoom Invite
